Christmas means different things for different organisations; if you are in the B2C sector, it’s a serious time to generate revenue, however if you are in the B2B sector it is perhaps a time to be a little less formal than normal, and for the charity sector it’s probably a good time to encourage support.
Regardless of sector, Christmas is an excellent time to engage, however it is also an extremely ‘noisy’ time which makes it difficult to make yourself heard. Innovative campaigns and relevant content will help massively in enabling you to reach your target audience.
Now is the time to make plans for the festive season. How often have you heard, or even said, “I was going to do X, but just left it too late”? Or, you’ve come up with a great idea but simply not allowed enough time to convert it from a concept to reality.
Following on from the popularity of last year’s breakfast on the same topic, the October New Media Breakfast will look at some successful campaigns from the past and suggest ways that you can adapt them for your business. We will also look at various platforms and explore how you can use specific functionality to create effective marketing campaigns.
Whether the purpose is an effective sales drive, or simply some light-hearted engagement for Christmas, there will be something in the presentation for you.
